Mitch Felix

An artist who found his way through the digital world. Thirty years learning how people decide to buy, now spent building tools that keep makers at their bench instead of chained to the phone.

Before any of it

It started with making things.

Mitch is an artist first. Long before the sales records and the software, there was the simple pull to make something by hand and get it right. That instinct never left him. It just kept finding new materials. He came to see business building and marketing the same way he saw art, as a craft you practice until it runs on its own.

The one thing that matters

People do not buy when you are ready to sell. They buy when they are ready to buy.

He started in direct sales with Cutco and ended up in their Hall of Fame. Six thousand closes later, he had learned the thing everything else is built on. The whole job is to be there the moment someone is ready, not a day later and not after they have already called the next name on the list.

That idea carried him through a multi franchise run with Real Producers in the Silicon Valley market, and it still shapes everything he builds.

The work now

An artist who learned the machine, then pointed it back at other makers.

Along the way Mitch taught himself the digital side cold. The funnels, the automation, the quiet systems that decide whether a lead becomes a customer or simply disappears. Today he runs BookingBoss, and he aims all of it at the people he understands best: independent frame shops and the makers who run them.

A framer loses work for the simplest reason in the world. The phone rings while his hands are busy at the bench. BookingBoss catches that moment, so a maker never has to choose between the craft and the customer.

I would rather be at the bench than chained to a phone. I built this so the people who make things for a living get to stay makers.
